WHO?

The project was conceived by The Emerald Housing Co-operative with partners Cluid Housing Association and is supported by Ballymun Regeneration Ltd & Sustainable Energy Ireland.

The project team lead by Solearth Architects, also comprises of Gardiner & Theobald Quantity Surveyors and Energy engineers Energy 365.

WHERE?

The future development is situated in the heart of Ballymun, adjacent to the future town centre and within two minutes walking distance of the future metro stop.

WHEN?

The project has been ongoing for approximatly 8 years and it is due to commence on site November 2009.
